Not sure why and it seems counter intuitive, but my range per charge is increasing the longer i drive it. Had it a little over two years now and my last charge is giving me over 400 miles of range. and yes those are actuals.
If your previous few trips were very efficient then this is expected. Mercedes calculates range based on recent trip efficiency numbers. However, the EQS SUV is one of the most efficient 3-row SUVs out there; even at 85 mph you can still achieve 3 miles/kwh. The aerodynamic shape certainly helps. That is really impressive for such a large vehicle, considering many other EVs have very poor efficiency when driving over 70 mph. They basically tune those EVs to achieve impressive EPA numbers, but in the real world they perform poorly.
