Lease Extension?

I'm leasing our EQS580 SUV at such an incredible rate, will I have problems extending my lease? Hoping to extend for at least another 6 months...

If not, I have no idea what the replacement will be ;-(

my calculation was very shallow. I spent some time and compared it with similar certified preowned EQS ones. Buying at the end is a wrong choice and it seems I will be losing easily around $8000. I think I need to find different option.
