Heater is COLD with Low Coolant message
This is my SUV second winter in MN. It is COLD driving home tonight; NO heat. Below zero almost all day today. After starting, low coolant message popped up... driving home with NO heat... ouch COLD. Trying several temp setting... just cold air!!! Any idea or suggestion to bypass or reset HVAC system? TIA

I had the no heat issue the first time I got my EQE during a cold day in 2023 and it was a software update that solve it. Never had that in the EQS. Later I discovered that you can perform the lock/unlock for three times + walk away from the car for 15 minutes to get the car to overcome any glitches. For low coolant level warning message, it does not take much drop to trigger that message, you can open the hood and visually check the coolant containers (2) . If one or both are like empty , then you may have bigger issue. Keep us updated!

Great, then the car resettled itself. If you have that while you are on trip, pull to a gas station do the locking procedure and walk to inside the gas station, for warmth and be far from the car, for 15 minutes. the reset requires the key to be 20 or 30 feet away from the car as I recall it.
If the dealer performs the software update, hopefully it won’t come back.
