Just talked to my friend with the new Mustang EV who took a road trip from Colorado to Portland. His charging stops worked out as planned by the onboard navigation which mostly led him to charging stations at Walmarts. But he quickly learned that he needed to carry windshield cleaner and paper towels 'cause there are no squeegees or water buckets filled by attendants at the charging stations. At least he had a reason to stop at one Walmart to purchase these items while waiting for a charge to complete.

That is 100% correct. That is exactly what I have in my frunk.
Also if anyone has never bothered with PPF on their vehicle then I would strongly recommend that you do it for an EV.

Curious, why do you recommend PPF for electric cars vs ICE? I am ordering selenite grey Magno paint, not sure if you can wrap that color.

PPF is a great option for those neurotic OCD owners who want their car to be perfect for the next owner. And don't forget to stack those floor mats! You definitely want to protect the mat that protects your floor carpet. 3 layers are preferred, just to make sure they crush nicely up against the gas pedal.

Just for the front of the car. Because there is no grill the front end get pelted with everything, it just appears to be worse and more easily seen. The EQS front won’t be is not painted so it shouldn’t be as bad as my Mach-E, also if you wanted to place PPF on that area you won’t have to worry about the Magno paint.

I have film on my S560 hood and the paint is perfect after 4 years. I didn’t wrap my GLE 400 and it has several nicks in the paint from road rash.
And I found that 4 layers of floor mats keeps the carpets even cleaner.
