Real traffic issues
Anyone else having real traffic issues? Mine has been off for the last two afternoons, evenings, and I have been unable to connect to the app both of these time periods. I understand this has been an issue in the past. Anyone know anything about what is currently going on?

The app interface looks like messages are not sent, but in fact they are. I was able to pre-heat my car and change the charging setting remotely. Looks like the app does not receive the refreshed status. This has been going on for couple days

There are several reports of users having issues with the Mercedes me connect service currently in various models. Seems to affect vehicles with MBUX only. Everything's working fine for me so far with COMAND NTG 5.5. I've also read that they are having issues with switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. There's never been any official communication about the switch, and I don't know which vehicles are going to be switched or are already on T-Mobile, so it could be an issue specific to vehicles using T-Mobile. I still appear to be on AT&T, and I'm not exactly looking forward to being on T-Mobile.

It impacted both our cars, my wife has a 2021 AMG GLE53. Neither of us could get the app to commumicate or update vehicle status, and we both lost Real Traffic. All seems to be working again now. Fingers crossed.
