For a couple of weeks I was trying to locate where to place the fragrance in my EQS580 that was ordered with the P21 (Air Balance Package) and that appeared on my invoice sticker. Attached is my glove box with missing Air Balance Container. Is anyone else facing the same issue and did your dealer advise if we’d be able to perform a retrofit.
Mine is also missing. My car has the exclusive package which should have it. I’m also missing the driver camera which I thought was standard equipment, yet I do have the interior assistant cameras.
There were rumors in other threads that chip shortages were causing some last second deletes of equipment which would be, otherwise, included in packages. Don't know if this is the answer to your issue, though.
There was a shortage of P21 Air Balance, but I think it's over now. Since you paid for it, you should definitely be able to get it. Ask your dealer about it.
I’m in the same boat - have an exclusive trim but no installed fragrance package. I’ve contacted my dealer - does anyone know of it can be retrofitted?
Edit: Per my dealer this can only be installed at the factory. So if you don’t have it and ordered it, the best they can do is give you credit
