I don't care about sun rise and sunset. The issue is resetting clocks twice a year. I used to travel across 10-12 time zones each week for work. Reseting your internal clock (circadium rhythm) is much more difficult. It takes 5-10 days to normalize one's body to a time change.

I did actually include the location in my public profile, "Yours to Discover" you can just Google it for the exact location if you want but I am not talking about where I live anyways, since I am quoting the previous post with the news article which talks specifically about USA.

Well, there is a huge US population who does care about sunrise and sunset, and damned few of them cross 10-12 times zones at any time, much less weekly!

IF you travel like that, or for anyone who does, first I feel sorry as hell for you, but more significantly, your circadian [correct spelling] rhythm must stay of whack. Wow!!

Prior to retirement I traveled between Honolulu and Frankfurt regularly - 11 hours difference on Standard time and 12 hours difference on Summer time.

Interesting, and punishing. Could have been worse - going the other way would have had you adding and losing days...or vice versa.

Still, it was your choice...
