Turtle mode HELP
My first road trip in my 450. Stopped at Electrify America. Car went into turtle mode with restrictions to power which I thought was battery conditioning. Car charged fine but won’t come out of turtle mode. Several starts with an occasional prompt to exit restrictions but the banner shows for less than a second and impossible to touch and activate.
Mercedes support and dealer have no solution. Presently stranded 300 miles from home with a car that will only go 40% power and 52 mph?
Suggestions ?

Wow, sorry to hear this.
This has been reported on the Lucid forum, too. I haven't seen an update by the posters.
Wonder if resetting the car would help?

Just got a f/u from a Lucid poster. Apparently, after locking the car and waiting 15 minutes, it went back to normal. No cause has been identified yet.

happy dance ! While sitting in the car with tech person, I asked about “System Reset”. He stated that was only personal settings. While waiting for the car to charge at dealership, I thought why not try a reset. Happily I de turtled the car with reset. Remember this if you get the turtle icon and 40% max power!!!

Go to “SYSTEM”
scroll down several lines
“RESET”
press, it warns and asks you if your sure
just do it, would have saved me agonizing hours at 52mph on I 45

If you go deep down in the battery I believe less than 15 miles of range (please correct me if wrong) you'll discover the turtle. Its like a pokemon🤣
It should have gone away as soon as the car recharged.

SOC was 60% when the turtle icon appeared before I arrived at the charging station. I assumed it was conditioning the battery for charging.

BTW that is the "mild" turtle. It can also turn RED when red it means "limp mode" and the speed is severely limited.
