What navigation are you referring to? I thought you had to order the navigation system at time of car order. If you mean map updates, aren’t they free for the first three years?

I’m also very much confused about this navigation purchase. Is this some sort of an upgrade from the navigation which is already included on the EQS580? Why do we need to mess around with this purchase? I tried posting this on the poster who made the purchase but for some reason it would not post there. I hope that poster gives more details about it.

If the car did not come with MBUX navigation from the factory, you can now purchase it. It's not an upgrade, it's the exact same factory navigation.

Is it working yet? Did the Nav button show up? I bought Nav 5 hours ago. Nothing yet!

customer support has me out in the car cycling the car on and off every 5 minutes!

Customer support is playing with me as well. They had me reset my MBUX, asked me to drive around for 20 minutes after that so the car can go through the “activation”. There’s a blue check mark next to Navigation under my services on the portal but nothing new on my end has popped up. However, in my app under Manage Services > Navigation, it says “Activation in progress” under MB Navigation. Also, I am on the east coast and it’s for a 2022 GLB35.

Same here. I have an open case with them now. GLA 250. They had me send the invoice and pictures of the message I get on the car screen. They said they can see the charge but can’t the service on my account. 🤦🏻

Crazy. It seems like nobody knows what’s happening. Two different representatives gave me two different narratives and sets of instructions. And they are quite different from what the FAQ’s read.

It looks like you had it before. You need to talk to the dealer , and maybe speed up the process. It doesn't look like it is.

That just means it was deactivated/not activated at the factory. There is no "diagnostics" to open.
