Yes, there’s a way to track it. Talk to your dealer to give you the link. I don’t know what it is now.
I forgot that your car needs to be shipped to CA. Once the car is on a ship, it takes about 10 days to reach Baltimore. I would think it will take at least another week (maybe another 2 weeks) to get to CA. It has to go down to the Panama Canal.
The next step is to get your car on a ship and then count down the days from there. Hopefully, your car will be on a ship soon. Btw, the link only works when your EQS is on a ship and heading toward the English Channel.
Have the dealership give you the name of the ship once it is on one, then you can track the ship until it gets outside the English Channel, then pick it up again once it gets close to Canada. Just search for marine tracking.

Where I live, I would only consider all season tires. Since you’re in CA, I imagine summer tires will be the best as long as you don’t drive into snow country in the winter.

I did this with my first car and when the ship gets out of land range, most marine tracking sites stop working. I was anxious for a week or so not knowing exactly where my car was. For my next car, I paid for a limited time upgrade on the tracking site I used to continue to track the ship using satellite data while offshore. I was able to follow the ship from when it left Germany till when it arrived in Baltimore.
So, my EQS was supposedly completed end of June and was then sent to the docks waiting for a ship. My dealer just told me it’s at the dock, but still “waiting for a component” and isn’t completed. He had no information on what the component was, when it’ll arrive, etc. So I guess it’s in limbo at the dock?
is this a “normal” issue? Would love to have more information on what’s going on…
Same for me...my EQS build was completed 23rd June and is still at the port w/o any ship date. Looks like car is almost built but not completed and waiting for some sort of component.
