Does the suspension seem to be at about the correct level on all corners? 50 mph speed limit is relatively high for a fault case, perhaps an issue with adjustable shocks rather than severe suspension level issue. At very low or high levels there should be a different warning and max 20 km/h speed recommendation (or recommendation to stop).

Only drove 1/4 mile to my golf club this am and it went on. Suspension in S. 4 hours later changed to C and drove 1/4 mile home and no fault. Later drove several miles up to 60. No more message. My dealer shop foreman thinks it may be a false message that will be cured by a software update, which only the Dealer can do. How absurd. I’ve had this car three months and not a singlet OTA update. In eight years of driving model Ss I got 4-6 every month. But MB needs to feed the dealer service machine.

Same exact message as you
my 2021 AMG GLS63 just had this issue.. then the engine light came on. I was driving to the hospital. Parked went in to appointment. Returned and engine light remained on. Drive out of garage a few hundred feet when I noticed smell of smoke and burning smell. Pulled into restaurant. Been at dealer. Coded, but code supposedly not matching symptoms. No resolution yet still at shop. Looking for answers. Mercedes tech been in touch with next level and stating must duplicate repeatedly in order to send engineer. Have had in prior several times for engine rpm almost stalling and then all of a sudden picks up and goes. This happens when driving.
