Has anyone seen the invoice pricing for the EQS?

One can always negotiate price and/or other related parts of the deal especially if one is a long term customer who makes frequent purchases.

I take it you haven't been car shopping lately. EQS 580's are in short supply. The very best you can hope for is MSRP if you have a long term relationship with your dealer.
No dealer would discount one, there's no need to.
A lot of the big market dealers are still well over MSRP.

Perhaps EQ models are in short supply in Arizona, but not in Florida. My dealer has 4 450+ and 5 580 models sitting unsold on their lot right now. Another MB dealer 10 miles away has 10 EQB models avaiable. There are 6 Mercedes dealers in the metro area and several more within 75 miles - each with their own inventory.

Are they selling at MSRP? My dealer in Florida was asking well over list price. That is why I ordered my 580 EQS at MSRP from my long time dealer in RI.

I do not think that the EQ models are selling very well in West Central Florida. Otherwise they wouldn't be sitting on the lot. The ICE models are in short supply.

you can get the car at MSRP, even if ordering from out of state from a dealer you have never bought from before. I think you will be able to get cars under MSRP after the next interest rate hike next month, but then you may pay more in financing.

Yes ,in Lansing Michigan my Dealer is selling @MSRP and shipping out of state.

A lot of the big market dealers are still well over MSRP.
I have heard that from sales people in the past, one who a week later called me and agreed to sale me an Audi S8 for 600 over invoice. They even stuck with that price after my order was delayed, couldn't get built during the current model year and I ended up having to change my order to the next model year. I even purchased a jaguar at the price I wanted after being told there were only two of that model in the US. No pre-existing relationship with the Audi dealer, had purchased only 1 car from the Jag dealer.

Dealerships can say whatever they want, but the bottom line is that they need to make sales. Having vehicles sitting on the lot cost them money (insurance and interest on debt), so they need to turn them ASAP. If they can make a special order sale and deliver it quickly after it arrives, its a win for them. So they have to decide if they want to make a quick sale with minimal carrying cost from me with a special order, or do they want to risk having a vehicle sitting on the lot, costing them money everyday, while they try to get over MSRP. It doesn't cost me anything to wait.

By the way, I did a quick search on cars.com and found 38 EQS' for sale within 100 miles of my house, including a couple of used vehicles. In today's environment, the number of folks willing/able to pay 150K for a vehicle is getting smaller, not larger. And that population of people typically have multiple vehicles and are not in the position to be forced into a purchase because they need transportation to get to work. Lets all wait!!!
