Heated steering wheel
EQS 580 Pinnacle….the heated steering wheel originally came on with heated seats…..now it has to manually turned on with “hey Mercedes” …no software update by dealer…..is anyone noticed this???

Its in the settings. There is a "toggle" for it to do so.

I havent changed any settings…always came on with seater heater…now I have to say “hey Mercedes-turn on heated steering wheel”

No intention to be rude but "for these people we often find that the settings have changed on their own". Did you actually check the actual state?

My MBUX had a few odd settings changed when it got the SW update, any MBUX update for this car lately?

I have noticed the same. Sometimes the settings do change and I don't remember changing them. Could be my memory too. But I have had no issues with heated steering wheel. It heats up as soon as I turn on the seat heater.

Makes me wonder if the issue is the profiles. The car will drive just perfectly with the default profile. If it forgets to ask you for your profile you may be driving with the default one where it may or may not be activated.

Mercedes EQS 450+
Hello , how do you turn ON the heated steering wheel on EQS without turning on the seats at the same time? Because I read that there is no button behind the steering wheel like on the S-Class, the heated steering wheel on EQS is switched on by voice command?
