I had COMAND remote start in 2017 via an Android app.
Automatic toll payments is available, but one must purchase a transponder either as an addon or as an option when purchasing the vehicle, then enroll.
Info from mbusa is NOT an advertisement, it is more of a statement of capabilities. The site didn't specify a price, how to purchase or other advertising type info.
