I have a couple of questions regarding the new software update I just had installed on my 2023 EQS 580 sedan. Please view the included pic of the Info screen.
1. Is there somewhere I can find out what is new with this version?
2. My map data base was supposed to be updated as well. Where can I find the installed map data base version.
The updates were performed at the dealership. I requested the updates on two prior occasions but the dealer claimed he can only get the updates downloaded if there is also an issue that needs to be resolved! From other
posts, it really depends on the dealership.
