Battery block

Good afternoon everyone, I has buy EQS SUV 450+ from Copart with small damage. I can see on images that vehicle can turn on, but have mark Can’t start engine. My dealer in Ukraine told to me, that sometimes after collisions EQ Mercedes can block main battery! And even dealer can’t do anything, need only to buy new battery from factory. What do you think about it?

Please do yourself a favor and don't buy. If this is in Ukraine, drive it to Donesk and set it on fire - that's best use for it.
