Missing EQS features and why?
Hello to all,
As a new EQS 580 CPO owner, I’ve been disappointed at some of the features that in my opinion should have been standard on the EQS 580:
#1. Double pane glass windows ALL around
#2. Car Wash tile/button
#3. Massage Option with automatic calming/serene features that apparently engages music, a spa-like atmosphere (this is beyond the standard plethora of massage option features)
Am I missing something? How would I have known that these features were not part of the Pinnacle package? Just curious and a bit bummed.

2019 SL550/2023 EQS 580 SUV
I believe there are three ranges of packages for the 580. Where they are, order guides, at this point I do not know but someone will post in and add the correct information. My wife always ribs me that her 45K, 2023 XT5 has electronic filtered ionized air, massage seats and camera rear view mirror and the 2023 EQS 580 SUV I bought at 134k does not. 😊

1. That is a part of the Laminated glass with thermal and noise Insulation package.
The EQS is already quiet, it doesn't feel necessary and that is probably why its an option.
2. I don't know for sure but it appears that this is missing from the early EQS builds and its possible it can be available with a software update.
3. That is a part of the ENERGIZING Comfort w/Energizing Nature option. This seems like just a software option so I am not sure why it is not sold on the MercedesMe app in the same manner as the dashcam option.
# 1 and 3 you should have known before buying. If I were shopping for a CPO I would know what were the options for that model car and I would inquire about what options that CPO vehicle had before buying it.

The special window option is really nice...with it summer now, they really stand out blocking out heat and sun...huge difference in coolness when the sun is beating down on a driver or passenger, like we've all experienced 10,000 times. My wife was bummed our otherwise every option car did not come with the option that sprays fragrance in the car...anyone know if that can be added?
