Hey Mercedes
I have an 2022 EQS 580 and recently hey Mercedes 1) fails to understand me 2) does not search the internet for a POI/Business 3) returns results not even close to my question
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

MBWorld Fanatic!
Turn the MBUX system off for a minute or so and then back on. I doubt it will do anything but who knows it may re-boot the system. Otherwise you may have to take the EQS into a dealership if no one can come up with a answer.
