2023 EQS: Random Alarm when activating pre-entry climate control from phone
Hi, basically I’ve noticed this twice. The car’s alarm will go off when I use the pre-entry climate control from my phone. Anyone else experience this?

I've had my alarm go off randomly a few weeks ago when I was about to leave work. Now that I think about it, I've built a habit of cooling the car just before leaving - makes me think I experienced the bug you are describing.

Same here. Today for the first time it happened. Coincidentally, we used the pre entry climate control today. Only wait to shut it off is to keep pressing the unlock on the keyfob or turning in the climate control. Any updates?
