Is ok to charge my EQS450 at A Tesla station? With an adapter

Depends. You can use Tesla home chargers or destination chargers with an adapter for AC charging. For supercharger stations, Tesla has to open their network first which won't happen until next year. Then there will be adapters for them.

You can use a TeslaTap-type adapter with Tesla L2 chargers like destination chargers at hotels.

You can also use Tesla Superchargers that have the built-in Magic Dock adapter. There are about a dozen of these around the US.

You can't use a TeslaTap adapter at a Supercharger.

Mercedes has announced they are adopting NACS and will provide an adapter some time in 2024.
