Service Center Recommendations
Does anyone have any recommendations for Service Centers and/or service advisors in Norcal, specifically the bay area. Took my new eqs sedan to MB of Fremont and received horrible service and no one there knew anything about the vehicle.

Find the largest dealer in your area. Odds are they would have seen enough business to have the desired experience. Plus side is that usually means they have a pretty good loaner program with plenty of cars.

While on the topic, anyone have advice about where to take the car for service in Seattle area? and are dealers usually good about servicing a car that wasn't purchased by them?
In the past I haven't been really happy with AutoNation Audi before, they also own the closest Mercedes dealer. The other close by dealer is Seattle Mercedes.

I usually always get my cars from outside the area where I live, never have had any issues with getting service locally. It's more of finding a dealer that gives you good service.

I bought my AMG from MB of Walnut Creek and have serviced it there. Excellent service so far. They know me by name there. My car has a reputation (good). Ask for Joel Hernandez. He's my SA and excellent. Walter Davis is the Service Manager, now Service Director. He's gotten things escalated with AMG for me. Can't tell you how their EQ expertise is, though. That's new for everybody, but I know they have EQ loaners now.
