I was at the dealer today for some warranty work on my EQS AMG. While waiting, I was browsing the showroom. There were 2 new EQS 580 on the floor. I noticed they both seat real low to the ground. Almost no wheel gap. I have never seen my car sit that low. I asked why they were so much lower than mine and nobody in sales or service had an answer. Looked online and did not find anything. I have attached pictures of one of the cars. It looks lower than any EQS I’ve seen. Is there a setting that changes the ride height?
That is not the correct height, not even in sport mode. As far as I know, none of the US sedans have been provided with "selectable ride height" The SUV does let you raise the vehicle (off road mode). I believe it also has a car wssh mode.
It looks like a fault because the batteriy got discharged or with the air suspension.
The AMG ride height is exactly the same as the 580, the changes are in bushings and calibration. The 580 does not have a sport plus mode.
