Default Driving Mode should be Individual
Ideally the Default Driving Mode would be user configurable. Second best would be for Individual Mode to be the default. That way users could configure the Default Mode to be All Comfort, All Sport, or some combination of Comfort and Sport.

This has been brought up in the context of other models, and can technically be done via coding. Remote coders like BenzNinja will happily configure this for you. It is largely a carry over from the ICE world, where regulations require car manufacturers to start the car in the powertrain mode that was used to homologate the vehicle. This regulation is likely still effective even for EVs as it yields the homologated efficiency rating. Less efficient modes are allowed, as long as they need to be deliberately activated by the driver after starting the vehicle.
