Climate settings not working
After the major MBUX update several weeks ago, the climate menu and temperature settings are inoperable. At first, the temperature setting was not working at times. I thought it fixed itself but now it’s stuck at 75 degrees no matter what I try. Additionally, the only screen I can get when I press the climate menu is the heat or AC option no matter what I try. For example, I cannot get to the screen which shows the ECO setting. I brought it to the dealer a couple days ago and the head mechanic told me that he will try to find out what’s going on. Any thoughts from you folks?

Sounds like it needs to have the 12v unplugged, the head unit unplugged from the main battery, a reconnection, and a reboot. If that doesn't clear it, a reflash of the head unit. If that still doesn't work, and you are experiencing other glitchy functions, a new head unit is needed.

Yes it did, thanks. The head mechanic had to do some recoding whatever that means. Now I can change the temperature settings when not on energy saving options.
However, I still only see one screen when I touch climate control. The mechanic said that’s just the way it is since I can use the energy saving options by touching the EQ symbol, then range to choose which energy saving options to choose instead of ECO + on a climate screen that I no longer see.
Does this make sense?
