Has anyone connected bluetooth headphone in their EQS? You suppose to be able to connect directly to the MBUX system when setting in the passenger seat to hear your on music or other media. My dealership has been pretty useless when it comes to anything other the basics. I heard their might be some service menu that you might have to access to enter an authorization code is that true and how do you complete that task?

It is honestly not any different than configuring bluetooth on a phone. I am assuming you have the hyper screen. Click on the passenger screen to activate and login with your profile. There is literally a icon to configure your headphone. It should not take more than 2 minutes. if it is confusing review the video below, I am referring to the third button from the bottom left.

Yep thats what tried to use after putting my headphones in pairing mode. The car started to search but did not find the headphones they are Sony 720N. I can pair the headphones to my IPAD, cellphone, or PC no issues at all.

I have the hyperscreen and want to use the passenger seat to listen to sports while my wife drive and listen gospel music. So I bought noise cancelling headphones to all us to listen to our preferred media when we are not driving.

that sucks.. i have a Bose paired to the passenger screen and it works flawlessly. The only other thing i can think of is to delete the profile you have and create a new one just in case. Just a wild guess.
