Just leased an EQS 450
The sticker was 120,865, which I guess is reasonably equipped, for 0 down 1099 / month, 36 months, 12k per year. It’s a 23 leftover and I don’t care because it’s a lease. I knew they weren’t moving well but was shocked at the amount of discounts. If I could’ve found a 580 I’d have gone that way but for a daily driver for my wife this should do just fine. It doesn’t have the hyperscreen, I wanted and she didn’t.
It’s really nice, she’s had a Tesla since the lease expired on her 2017 s550 and wanted keep the EV but wanted back to an S. This seemed like a good way to get it done.
I like the paint color, MANUFAKTUR diamond white, and the interior in space grey and macchiato Biege.

There's some incentives through Amex and Sam's Club that gives you a total of 17k off 2023 leases right now. Also my dealer was knocking off another 9500 off MSRP. Came out to about 1300/month but only 10k a year with 0 day. Seems like the OP got a better deal. The car I was looking at stick was about 115k.

I have to get the final cap cost of the car. It also has the 7500 tax credit. Amex discount for this car was 4500. It gets picked up Monday so I’ll get the numbers off the lease paperwork.

How much were the discounts? I just leased a 2024 AMG EQE SUV for 36 months, 0 down, 10,000 miles and the payments are $1911/mo. MSRP was 131,240 + $2100 wheel/tire coverage.
Here is what I received:

OK went over to the dealer today to pick up my lease and it didn't happen.
They had a 580 SUV with $141,000 sticker for 50 bucks more per month and it's black--wife's preference. The value was just too good. The salesperson told me she ran the numbers over an over again thinking it was a mistake. Going back later to pick it up. I hope.

It's rated 280 but I've seen 70 MPH tests where's it's gone over 300. I take one road trip / year and manged it fine in my slow charging lightning. 95% is local driving for my wife. When I drive from NJ to FL I tend to stop every three hours to charge, even in my Tesla.
ETA they have two 2024 EQE AMGs one is $120,000+ which decently optioned. if you are eligible for Amex discounts, which means you have a card, is $3,559 due at signing and $1,479 / month, 36 months and 36,000 miles. There is no sales tax on EVs in NJ. If I didn't just get a new Hummer she'd have leased two cars today.

I did few long trips with 580suv from LA to SD, 50% about 160 miles range with temp 50F (night)- 70F(day), so 320 mi from 100-0%.
my 580 sedan can do ~380 100-0% base on my experience, as the car is about 15% more efficient than suv.
I am sure 450 sedan can go a bit longer but like I said, for 50 more, I will take 580suv for sure! unless it is a 2024 450 sedan.

I pick it up 5PM ET and I’ll look. I know the $7,500 tax credit is applied to the lease. The Amex discount in the documents I received from Amex and provided to the dealer claims a $9,500 discount. I’ll get the MSRP discount when I see the docs. I was supposed to pick up a different vehicle this am. Which I saw it detailed and it looked great. I just felt like I couldn’t pass this up.

I paid DMV, first payment and acquisition fee.

I thought the lease price was ridiculous. I was happy to get the SUV at that point. It’s really fantastic inside and the ride quality is great. My wife is very happy which is the real success metric.

I leased an EQS580 in Oct 2023. Had sticker of about $135k and got a great deal. $1098. per month including all taxes, $0 down, $0 out the door. Had MBZ $7500 off, Amex $4500 off and huge dealer discount. And I put $8000 security deposit to reduce money factor and payment by $100 per month. Will get sec deposit back at end of lease. Happy with the car.
