12V battery not charging
I have a thread in EQS SUV forum but I think this could be a general problem so wanted to ask the EQS community on whether anyone experienced any problems with 12V battery? My car started complaining about critical levels for 12V battery and automatically shut down after giving warning for 3 mins (luckily happened right while I was entering the garage and not on the road). The car is in the dealership for more than a week. Initially they thought the problem is with 12V battery and replaced it but found that it is still not getting charged up by the EV main battery. Now they are waiting on instructions from HQ. Anyone had similar experience?
