Plug and Charge

Sorry for poor upload. My wife got this message today. While we were within the 2 year deal with EA all we ever did was plug the car in and it would start charging. Now we have to use the app or CC to start. I looked and don't see an App by this name, so don't understand. Anyone have any info. Thanks

I've had Plug and Charge since the beginning, but also got the notice yesterday.......strange. If you use the filter in the EQ menu to search, you can find charging stations. But, I have found that PlugShare and ChargePoint apps do just as well in finding stations.
