It doesnt work with our cars yet. BOO. Unlike the superchargers with magic dock, the destination chargers that have an integrated adapter DO NOT work. I tried one in a hotel, I even tried witout the adapter and tried the Tesla tap mini. It was a no-go. I should have checked the Tesla app beforehand since it doesnt appear in the map, darn you Tesla!

Your experience is not the case at ALL of the new Tesla Universal destination chargers. I stayed at a TownePlace Suites hotel in Solon, OH with four of the new Tesla destination chargers. Two of the chargers did not work and two worked fine with my EQS SUV. I suspect that the ones that do not work are configured for Tesla vehicles only.

I only tried 1 of the seven that were there. They had no labelling aside from a QR code so I gave up after trying a few times.

If you decide to check out the Tesla chargers, the two closer to the hotel main entrance were the chargers I could not get to work.
