Tires/Wheels on EQS

Tires/Wheels on EQS
I have been looking at lightly used 2022 to 2023 EQS sedans. I reviewing the "CarFax" on many used EQS's I notice a lot of "Changed Tires", "Rebalanced Tires", "Replaced Tires", "Realigned Wheels" at rather low mileages and often thereafter. Is there a fundamental problem with the tire/wheels on this vehicle?(I don't see the same on used S class)
