Themes not found in EQS

Themes not found in EQS
I have recently purchased a Mercedes EQS 450+ but I can't find the Energizing theme tab in the comfort window, I'm not sure if it is not standard option in the EQS hyperscreen or not as I saw it in some reviews but I can't find it in my car. Any help from the experts here? Thanks

For starters, check your build here https://mb.vin to find if you have the option:
PBR Fit and Healthy package - High
(Or something similar sounding).
You don't mention the year of your car. Was it built during Covid times? I remember reading about people receiving their EQ cars without the ordered perfume apparatus due to lack of component availability.
