door handle lights not working?

Hi My eqs 580 door handles no longer illuminate. Is this a fault or a setting issue?

No such setting on the W223 with similar handles, cannot think of a reason EQS would be different. Could be a SW bug if all handles misbehave.

just go to vehicle light settings and check what’s on and what’s off, my settings was off. Sometimes the settings turn off by themselves, must be a bug.

Interesting, could you be more specific with the setting. The EQS manual does not seem to have anything other setting than locator lights that might be related. I have not tried switching locator lights off if that affected door handles.

2022 EQS 450+

This is what I did, go to home, settings, light, make sure all settings are on then, supporting projections, turn on then off all settings, that’s all it took for my vehicle.

Thanks. After a shop software update to address a charging fault the locator light setting was turned off. Turned it back on and presto, door handles are shinning bright again.

Can you confirm, did you mean "projections turn on, then off"? Should it be "off, then on", the intention was to bring lights back on? Need to try it but sounds like a SW bug, altering settings brings the intended operation back. I'd like to test if there is a setting that specifically turns off door handle lights.
