@MB37 The world, and nature in general, has always been full of these types of people. I would speculate (no offense intended) that you may have been nurtured in a somewhat privileged environment. Poverty and hunger forces people to do bad things to survive. Drug addiction leads to a whole different level of crime.
It is amazing that we put our luxury cars right out in the open, hoping that others will respect and treat it as something other than a potential source of income. Yes, it is sad.

I am aware that people have different levels of integrity, but doing this is quite low. From the pictures, it looks like he/she knew exactly what they were doing. Some acts are despicable, and this one falls in that category. Growing up, we wee not middle class or wealthy. Quite financially poor. However, I did learn from my parents and siblings integrity and respect for that which didn't belong to me.
