Front Camera Lens Cracked
There were two options ... take to dealer for a fix ... or do it myself. I chose fix it myself and it was actually pretty easy and save some $'s.
The part was easy to find on Ebay ($50) and even quicker to swap out.
MB part number for my 2023 EQS 580: A0009055912 (mine had the 21/13 HW version but what I got was newer but still worked just fine.)
Steps:
1 - Pop the hood and brace it up
2 - Remove the light bar, 3 Torx screws and two electrical pigtails to disconnect.
3 - Reach down from the driver side in front of the radar unit and give a slight push on the MB emblem that houses the camera. The piece is held in with a couple clips that as you push from inside give up nice and easy, they did not break even after removing a few times.
4 - Disconnect the wire to the camera (this was a little tricky to pull the connector release to get the connector to release.). You can leave the defrost connected wire under camera connected.
5 - Pop up the camera retaining clips, one on each side, a little press and they release and the harness rotates out of the way
6 - Replace them camera with the new one, keep the same orientation.
Reverse all the above steps to put it back together.
The good news, after buttoning it all up and checking out the image, all was perfect and no calibration was needed. Ton of $'s saved in the material and labor. On a DIY scale of 1-10, this was easily a 2 or 3 in difficulty, the hardest parts were propping up the hood and getting the connector on the camera to release.
As a side note, MB uses the same cmaera on lots of vehicles, so easy to find replacements pretty cheap, vs the $600-$800 I found from some of the MB parts websites.
If anyone gets in a jam and needs some pictures, let me know and I redo this process to grab some.

In the end, I bought an OEM camera from Ebay for less than $200. Be careful because there are a lot of them that looks like OEM but are made in China. The image quality is not good. It's almost better to buy a used OEM camera from a wreck MB than a new one made in China. My dealer installed it for free because they were doing some other work for me and charged me $$300 for calibration. Otherwise, installation would have been $150.
If you get the camera from the dealership, it will be very expensive and is the bulk of the cost for the turnkey job.
