Sucess with Tesla charger

EQS 2022/S550 4matic/GLE 350
Sucess with Tesla charger
After trials and errrors ,got to use Tesla supercharger for first time.I wanted this as back up in case i got caught with low charge.
Dealership was not helpful.
First had to get Tesla App.
Next Mercedes Me which had expired.
Then Adapter from Mercedes.
Put adapter from mercedes on tesla charger and plug in..WORKED
Charger 200 miles in 20 minutes for $16.

That's awesome! I had hoped for this before I made the decision in December to trade my 450+ for a new Panamera 4. Musk had promised this for over a year, but it had never happened, and did not seem imminent at the time I made my decision. I certainly do not regret my decision, but I am glad for this community that Tesla charging has finally happened.

I certainly do not regret my decision, but I am glad for this community that Tesla charging has finally happened.
So I sold it and took European delivery saving $7K off MSRP.

2025 EQS580
I’ve stated this before on some other thread but I despise Musk so much the I will not use a Tesla charging station.
Btw, it will be two weeks this coming Monday when I charged the 2025 EQS580 at 80% charge while driving mostly on city roads. If I continue to drive mostly on city roads the car says I will go 494 miles at 100% charge. That’s astounding to me. There’s no doubt that the 2025 EQS is significantly more efficient.
