MB is lowering residual

They are giving 25k to 35k off of residual.
For example, My car is a 23 with 113K MSRP residual is 65K. After negotiating, they are willing to CPO the car and sell it for 40K.
At 65K residual it was a no-brainer to return and buy a 23 CPO S-class (I was planning to do that)
Now I'm really considering driving the EQS for longer or perhaps keep it until the battery goes out as a super nice commuter car.
If anyone wants to buy out their lease, you should negotiate with MB to sell it for a market price.

I heard someone here or the other forum hit 100k miles on their EQS and the battery still had 97% of the original battery left....
