EQS Digital Headlights

I purchased a CPO 2023 EQS450 4Matic SUV with 12k miles back in June. Love the vehicle, super smooth and quiet, and more than half the price compared to new. However, in July, I hit a deer, causing some superficial damage in the front. They had to replace grill/bumper, two headlights, and hood (which was unnecessary to me). Of course, after it was finished with the assembly process, the body shop sent it to the dealer to reprogram all sensors, and headlights. I was told the dealer had to order 3 control modules, which I assume are for the headlights. When I used to drive this car at night, the headlights were absolutely wonderful, even with just low beams. However, after getting it back from the repair shop finally, I drove last night and noticed the headlights were out of wack. Could barely see in front of me. Low beams were pointed way too down, and high beams were shining more on the road than ahead. I took it back to the repair shop, and they tried using the adjustments on the top of headlights, but they weren’t moving, which leads me to think the dealer failed to do their part, and it requires a scanner or device to control. I can assume the dealer forgot to program the headlight range/aim after replacing the control modules for the two new digital headlights? Please give any advice, would be great. I’ll attach a before and after of the headlights.
