MBux is not sending data to instrument panel

MBux is not sending data to instrument panel
For a few weeks now I don't get album art, turn by turn directions, and maps on the instrument cluster or heads up display. When the center instruments cluster box is set to media I get a generic album art that is the same for all tracks, but I do get the artist and name, so some data is getting through.
When it's set to the turn by turn or nav, it just says please wait and never populates. I didn't think much of it at first assuming it was an Android Auto bug. Today I tried for the hell of it to use the MBux navigation and realized I'm not getting any nav info on the instrument cluster, even when the whole dash is set to navigation. The whole dash should be a map, I get a blank screen
I'm not positive but this may have started a few weeks ago when I was in the setup screen where you can opt to activate and deactivate options on MBux. I had turned some off but then turned them back on. I'm almost positive all those settings are back to when they started. Everything is set to activated.
Do I need a dealer visit? I'm under warranty but just hate giving them the car for days. Is there anything I can try first? Is this a known issue?
