Anyone found a scanner that works with A Better Route Planner app and 2022 and later EQS?

 

Your local auto parts store may have a selection of OBDII Bluetooth dongles that you can try with ABRP.

OBD2 Bluetooth dongles that work with ABRP app at DuckDuckGo are some recommendations.

 

Haven’t tried a scanner on my ‘23, but I get real time data on ABRP without a dongle.

 

How are you doing it my car only gives an estimate based on my input and is not reading info from the car, e.g. we leave with 80% and not the 100% the car thinks. I want the app to know we are leaving we are not 100% automatically.

 

ABRP uses Enode for connectivity. Go to vehicle Settings/Connections/Live Data/Edit Connections. It links with MercedesMe account for telemetry.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention I am a paid subscriber to ABRP and enode seem to work fine after setting it up.

 

I quit paying for ABRP as I found the onboard system to work fine AND I liked that the charging was integrated with battery warming, etc. Are you saying that you can configure ABRP and your car to work together in the same way the onboard system does? Thanks

 

Nope I just found ABRP or Google Maps to better for my region when traveling.
