Why are you referring to 77B on the thread title? 77B is "just" front interior assist. What you have is "898 Wireless telephone charging in rear passenger compartment". As explained above, the rear seat tablet 447 comes with an options packet, content/options market area dependent.
Short answer: no. That slot is for the factory rear tablet option only, which had to be ordered when the car was built. You can’t buy one after the fact and have it work with your MBUX. The wiring and software aren’t there. You can put any tablet in the slot for charging if it fits, but it won’t talk to the car’s system.
