EQS updating problems

EQS 2022/S550 4matic/GLE 350
EQS updating problems
Hello wondering if others had issues,I have.?
My EQS went for 4 year 30K yearly check.Still under Warranty.I am told that Problems and MERCEDES BENZ TECHNICAL SERVICE AT HIGHEST LEVEL WORKING AT IT.Car is there 10days.
anyone else have had issues and was it resolved.?Is it safe to drive or will it leave me stranded.
What ahppens if issue not resolved and what are my next steps?

I realized I made a typo and it doesn't let me edit so need to quote the original post, I meant vehicle owner probably autocorrect to operator. Point is, the vehicle owner should know and should be consented on what the vehicle is being worked on. I mean, you need to consent a surgery, and what they are doing behind the doors sounds just like a surgery going on.

I concede your point.I figured since i have a loaner,and its 1 to 2 weeks ,and its electric in a midsized town small dealer, they will need some time.Mine may be one of few EQS they got from germany[first].
