I am visiting Germany in December and would like to buy parts while there. I will be staying in Stuttgart and would like to know where I could buy a catalytic converter for a W221 and body parts for a W460. Any suppliers names and web sites would be greatly appreciated.

Deadly silence was the answer... If you are still interested, most of parts could be found on ebay and ebay-kleinanzeigen, or autodoc for new parts.
