Map pilot “cannot unlock maps”
Hi
I have been using Mercedes Download manager to keep my SD card up to date; no previous problems.
I recently updated in March 2021, when I inserted card into vehicle I got the error “cannot unlock maps”. I’ve tried restoring from backup and using VIN - no luck, I always get same error in vehicle.
I’m using genuine original SD card, DLM v3.0.12, SD card ‘physical lock’ not engaged.
My satnav system now completely inoperable.
Has anyone had the same issue and resolved this please?
