ML250 Fuel tank change after Blue tec warning screen
Hi guys,
I am here first time. so donot know much about the forum.
Want to ask about my problem with ML250
I have ML250 Blutec, bought in 2015, it had some 59000 miles in total.
2 months ago a bluetec waring popped up, so i filled the bluetec up but waring did not go and eventually it stopped starting 500 ml after the warning.
Called break down services, They resetted it, started again and gave another 500 ml to drive. I drove to Mercedes dealer.
They kept the car for 2 months , telling me that they could not find the cause and consulting German Mercedes.
This week they informed that they expect some sludge in injection system and needs to take off the fuel tank and change something inside.
They told me that it is not a blue tec error anyway.
The total cost they are telling me is 3700 £.
Any advice, suggestions?
