Happy New Year, everyone. Today we picked up a new B class with Park Assist Parktronic and the 360 Camera. However, I tried to use the active parking assistant, and we ran into an issue where it wouldn’t proceed for us; Anyone have any thoughts on this? We did the following:
1) We were in our underground garage next to an empty space, driving slowly near it, and we clicked on the P in the upper right corner of the screen in Image 1
2) The screen showed us two possible parking spots, we chose one of them, and the screen said: “Push the (button shown in image 2, indicated with a 1) to continue
3) We did this, and the screen you see in Image 1 appeared.
And then... we didn't know what to do. The text says to depress the accelerator to continue, but we did it, and nothing happened.
Problem solved: Parking is indeed activated; we were able to get it to work on the street. In our garage, with too many obstacles, the system is apparently challenged a bit too much, according to our dealer.
