Sales Rep Recommendation - Herbert Haemmer
Hi all,
wanted to share an experience I just had in ordering my first MB for ED. I'm getting a 2017 GLA45 AMG and plan to pick it up in March 2017.
So, after multiple rounds (say 30 emails, and multiple calls) of rather frustrating interaction with my local dealer I came across Herbert Haemmer (http://www.mbeuropeandelivery.com). In the course of four emails and one phone call, I had a great deal (really, a terrific deal) in hand and a smooth seamless transaction. And even though I'm in Atlanta, GA and Herbert is in Escondido, CA, the car will ultimately arrive at one of my local dealers in town.
Now, I'm typically one who is quick to criticize and slow to praise, but in this case the praise is well warranted. If the car itself is 1/2 as good as the purchasing experience, I'll be more than thrilled.
So, if you need a referral, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Herbert. Stand up guy all the way.

I actually spoke with Herbert today and he mentioned a convo he had with you - what a small world
We spoke for about 30 minutes, he answered all my questions and seems extremely professional. I am very excited about working with him. Can't even compare to my local dealer, who gave me the bs allocation line and couldn't tell me how much % off MSRP the car would be.

Just placed a 2018 C63s EDP order w/ Herb today. He has been a true pleasure to work with.
My local MBZ dealer was clown central in every respect possible. I was so pissed off that I even went to a BMW dealer and looked at an M4, with a sales person that was bright, attentive, and knows their EDP well.

Im helping him with a Euro Delivery for one of his E63 customers (delivered to my store in Maryland and is driving across to California) ..hes a very nice guy! I'd seek him out if you live on the west coast

Just wanted to add and say he is the best, especially for ED orders. I did a European delivery order with him four years ago and it was seamless.

Just curious. Which Atlanta dealer were you trying to talk with??....I am ordering a 2019 E450 Cabriolet this week for European Delivery from an Atlanta dealer. I talked with two different dealers in this area plus Mr. Haemmer in California. Both of the local dealers gave me the same percentage that Mr. Haemmer offered which was the 7% MB discount plus 3% additional. Both of the Atlanta dealers have been easy to work with. The one that I am ordering from has taken 3 European deliveries for personal cars and seems to have a vast knowledge of the program......
