I posted this originally on bimmerforums...I think this would be a great idea. I thought about this one night after watching NOPI Tunervision, I thought, "Why the hell don't we have anything like this?" I started putting some pen to paper and realized we can do this...

BTW-I want people to know this is gonna be open to all makes and models of European cars. I just want to promote unity in the European car worlds
