Please please please (i'm talking from 10 MB Meets of Experience here),
make sure everyone coordinates the times for arrival / departure from each caravaning point. Glendale / Diamond Bar / etc...
Always give 5-10 minutes of lee-way for stragglers / traffic.
It might be a good idea to set up a mid-way point, in case people get left behind or stuck behind a traffic light or something. That way everyone can catch up again, and be on their way.
Like FrankW mentioned, walkie-talkies are good; and get leader & tail cell #'s to call in case you get lost, left behind, flat tire, etc....
I'll leave all the coordinating details to you guys... just want to make sure everything flows smoothly for this super MB Meet.
Can't wait to see all 100+ of you guys on the 15th !!!

James I passed on the Angel tix because my car wont be done so I will meet you at the Star at 900am. Then once we are ready we will go via the 210 to meet with the rest of the crew. You have all their info so please coordinate a meeting spot if you havent already.

That sounds good. See you there at 9ish. Yes i've already coordinated with the Rowland Heights/Diamond Bar group. We'll meet them at the Rite Aid location. Not exactly sure how traffic is going to be at 134Efwy to the 210E and then the 57S so we might have to rush but again we'll see. So far the list of caravan is as follows.

Great....This is gonan be interesting. Im going to a friends B-Day thing down in huntington, and i wont be driving. I think my Friend, Stoli will be there, and my other friend Jaeger. 
Also vic are you talking bout the carwash by the mall? If so i love that place, they do a hell of a job.
