i have two motorola one...and two other crap...need batteries tho.

btw, I'm also bringing a Brabus C230k and our C240 Brabus project and maybe a ML350 rolling on 20s.

can you give me first name / YEAR / CHASSIS / MODEL for each of the MB's that you are bringing. Need to get them on the list, so they can participate in the raffle, and get them signed up.

check with Vic55 and JamE55 of the Glendale caravan, because they will like to hook up with your caravan possibly on the 57 or nearby. So coordinate times with them....



btw, timeline / plan for the meet is kinda like this:

11:00 Meet officially starts.
11:15 Early bird raffle
11:30 Meet & greet / photoshoots
12:00 Lunch at TJ's (optional)

1:00 Second batch of raffles
1:30 Meet & greet / photoshoots
2:30 Third batch of raffles

3:00 Fun Drive prep (pass out maps / jockey for position)
3:30 Fun Drive begins
4:15 Fun Drive returns to TJ's
4:30 Last batch of raffles
5:00 Early dinner / drinks at TJ's

post-meet activities ?????????????

I just noticed the title of this thread October 13 Rowland/db Caravan To Irvine? The meet is on the 15th though. lol

Anyway whoever is leading this caravan it looks like we (Glendale caravan) will be joining you guys. Where is the meeting point or someone PM me their cell so we can coordinate. slvrstar suggested 134E-210E-57S(join up with RH/DB)-5S. Not very familiar with this route(exits etc..) so i may need some help.

james, the address of where the DB caravan meeting is in the first post. Basically you get on 57S and exit Diamond Bar Blvd and make a left and head down the road to where the Rite Aid is on your left hand side. I'll PM you my cell. Sun has my old cell, so you can tell him to change the number too.

Sure if its cool with Frank, I need something to wake me up anyways. I havent had any Vanilla latte in awile :p

The post says 13 and cant be changed. I changed it to the 15 within the post, I hope it dosen't throw anyone off.

that seems to be the plan !

Please please please (i'm talking from 10 MB Meets of Experience here),
make sure everyone coordinates the times for arrival / departure from each caravaning point. Glendale / Diamond Bar / etc...

Always give 5-10 minutes of lee-way for stragglers / traffic.
It might be a good idea to set up a mid-way point, in case people get left behind or stuck behind a traffic light or something. That way everyone can catch up again, and be on their way.
Like FrankW mentioned, walkie-talkies are good; and get leader & tail cell #'s to call in case you get lost, left behind, flat tire, etc....

I'll leave all the coordinating details to you guys... just want to make sure everything flows smoothly for this super MB Meet.

Can't wait to see all 100+ of you guys on the 15th !!!
