I'm down for the Willowsprings track day event. I like that course. I'm down to spend $350 so count me in on the list.

i have listed 6 people including myself which will take up 7 spots. i know a few others but i have yet to approach them. the anty is $350. it will include instructors, food, the full track at willow springs and some good times.

brad said we need a total of 40 people. i have no idea what month or weekend we should rent the track. i and brad will take care of the details.

instructors will only help you improve your driving skills. these people know racing and KNOW the track. i will be the 1st to admit i dont know everything about racing or driving. someone enlightening me only assures that i will have a better time.

You guys can also maybe charge for people to come watch or something? Make it into another meet and charge some money at the door for those who aren't planning on running their cars on the track to help cover costs.

Sounds like and interesting idea. i will check on this with brad. i am almost betting we will need volunteers to be in the "safety" crew. meaning we will probably need yellow flag waivers.


i want to make this clear and hopefully NON-OFFENSIVE. Let's try this first track day with EURO cars. Mustangs, Vettes, Cameros, ricers and the like are awesome cars however since this will be the 1st one lets try and stick to a crowd that drives cars from europe. Simon and Brad have lots of experience tuning these cars. Their expertise i am sure will come in handy more then a few times over the track day. (one other note can you imagine the faces of a lambo and ferrari owners if an evo Viii beat the pants off of them?)

The GOAL will be LATE Jan 06 or Early Feb 06. Should be on a SATURDAY. I will set up a poll within a week. I need to schedule with Brad to find out what dates are available at Willow before we vote on a DATE.

Remind them they MUST pay upfront and that they must bring a EURO car. If they have a Ford GT and a CLS55 then should bring the CLS. Let's keep this all EURO based.
